The project
Kearby Homes needed a way to bring the Foundry Court development to life on their website, with just one CGI image I wanted something that let prospective explore with interative visuals, rather than scrolling through static renders and PDF floor plans.
The approach
I built two interactive widgets directly in Claude, using its custom interactive content feature (released March 2026), and embedded both straight into the Kearby Homes website with no separate dev handoff required.
1. Development explorer [above] A hotspot-driven view over the CGI render of Foundry Court. Visitors click into markers placed across the development to surface details on specific features in context, rather than as a separate spec sheet [above].
2. Floor plan picker [click to view] Three house types — The Trinity, The Studley, The Saxon. Clicking a house type name swaps the entire visual: floor plan, layout, and feature callouts update to match. Ground / First / Second floor tabs let visitors move through each level of the selected house type without leaving the page.
The result
A visual and interactive way for prospective buyers to explore Foundry Court and compare house types with no separate design or engineering handoff. The project also became a useful proof point for what's possible building interactive, client-ready widgets natively in Claude rather than hand-coding bespoke components for every development.
