the problem
not a brief — a personal exploration from the early midjourney days. my references come from lived experience of culture, music, art and film, and this one is a love letter to chris cunningham’s video for björk’s ‘all is full of love’.
the approach
cyborg portraits built in midjourney, chasing the porcelain robotics and soft light of the reference — then later brought to life with subtle motion in seedance inside flora: eyes opening, micro-movements, stillness with a pulse.
the result
a pair of moving portraits that mark where my ai work started — taste-first and reference-driven, about mood rather than tooling. the same instincts run through every client project since.
