the problem

39 BC needed a full visual world — product photography for four skus, a face for the brand, and lifestyle and editorial content — without the budget or timeline of a physical shoot. the real challenge wasn’t generating images, it was making work that doesn’t look like ai slop: consistent, on-brand, and believable enough to run as a real campaign.

the approach

i translated the brand into visual direction first — model, lighting, backdrop and mood for each category — through research and curated moodboards. prompts were then engineered to keep one character and four product skus consistent across every shot, working across midjourney, nano banana and chatgpt image inside flora. each shot went through multiple generated variations, curated hard for realism and brand fit, then refined and upscaled inside the generation tools.

the result

17 finished images and zero photoshoots: product photography with a subtle risograph finish across all four skus, one reusable ai character built once and used across the whole campaign, and lifestyle and editorial scenes that read like a real shoot — plus warm feedback from 39 BC’s founder & creative director.
