The problem
Technical drawings hold the detail of a home, but they ask buyers to imagine the finished house. Kearby Homes needed visuals that would show buyers what living there could feel like.
Approach
Working from the plans, I created views of two house types, then a kitchen interior. I built up the materials, light, planting and everyday life around each home, keeping the focus on the lifestyle as well as the building.
